# Summary:

SMO: Studying beginner any% Cap route - session #1.26. I did 5 measured runs. I beat my time metrics but not my non-time metrics.

Notes:

[1] I don't know why I messed this up.

[2] I went smoothly over the steps on 4 runs, and one time was not smooth. In all cases I was pretty far away from the imaginary line between me and the railing, which means I took extra time on a longer route.

[3] 2 runs were not smooth, but relatively ok after error-correcting the first error.

[4] I crashed once on each of 2 runs.

[5] I did not mess up the hat trick, but I lost some time due to the boss hitting me right before the hat trick.

I'm getting much more consistent. My range of times for this session were 2:08 to 2:14, averaging 2:11. So my min and max were ~2% away from my average.

I'm decreasing my 4 out of 5 run composite time metric to 2:12, and my 5 out of 5 run competitive time metric to 5% above 2:12.

# Next steps: Continue doing measured practice of Cap kingdom using new metrics.
