# Summary:

SMO: Studying beginner any% Cap route - session #1.16. I got a new PR, 2:10. I met my multiple-run time metrics.

I recorded my work against the metrics from this session plus a time metric. I wanted to get 4 out of 5 runs under 2:14 and none over 2:45. I measured from the time of starting in the start screen to the time that I hit the boss for the last hit.

So I met or beat the metrics represented in lines 10, 14 & 15.

Additional notes:

• On run 2: 
• messed up spark roll by pressing the jump button too early (before my left direction stick reached forward state). 
• fell over the railing on first bridge again and died.
• On run 3: crashed into small building to the right. i tried doing something that i don't usually do, which was to do a long jump after the first long jump. i usually follow the first long jump with a triple jump. I'm going to stick to my less risky way.
• On run 4: As I approaching the door after the second bridge, I crashed into side of platform where the door is. I did too many rolls after the crest of the bridge. I should only do 3 rolls. I think I did 4.
