SMO: Studying beginner any% Cap route - session #1.13

# Summary:

SMO: Studying beginner any% Cap route - session #1.13. I did practice runs and measured my work against a bunch of metrics. I beat the metrics. My new PR for Cap kingdom is 2:13, which is almost a 20% improvement over last PR. I'm now 22% away from the world record run that I've been benchmarking against.

I recorded my work against the metrics from this session. I also included a time metric. I wanted to get 4 out of 5 runs under 2:45. I measured from the time of starting in the start screen to the time that I hit the boss for the last hit.

So I met or beat the metrics represented in lines 10 and 13.

I've dramatically improved my best time. My last best time was 2:45. Now it's 2:13. That's almost a 20% improvement. My new PR is only 22% slower than compared to the world record that I've been benchmarking against.

Some additional notes:

• On run 2: died before making the 2nd bridge from coming up. First time ever.
• On run 4: Crashed while leaving the second bridge. Uncommon mistake.
• On run 5: Crashed into a light fixture just after the first bridge. Uncommon mistake. 

My best runs in this session were runs 1 and 3, 2:13 and 2:15 respectively. I want to shoot for 4 out of 5 runs <= 2:15.
