[1] This is the first time I achieved my non-timed 5-run metric where 5 out of 5 runs were 85%+. 

[2] I got a new PR of 2:09.

[3] I was 1 second away from meeting my timed 5-run metric where 4 out of 5 runs were below 2:12.

[4] This is the first time that all 5 runs were under 2:18. 

# Next steps: Continue doing measured practice of Cap kingdom. Focus on making sure to throw cappy at the bridge lever instead of accidentally rolling.
